Strength Camp

Are you looking to build lean muscle, get stronger, run faster, jump higher?

Then this is the program for you!

We use every tool in the book to build the body you want.

In order to enroll in this program, you must meet minimum training requirements.


You must be proficient in:

  • The Dead-Lift
  • Bench Press
  • Over Head Press
  • Barbell Squat

You also must be able to preform:

Push Up:

Men - 50 in 90 seconds

Women - 12 in a row


Pull Up:

Men - 10 Strict

Women - 3 Strict


Body Weight Squat:

Men & Women - 50 in 90 Seconds Perfect form

Plank:

Men & Women - 90 Second hold Perfect form
